Often when things start to go wrong it is easy to get tied up in solving the symptoms rather than taking a step back and finding the root cause. It could be that a problem showing in the print performance could have its origins much further back in the stencil making process. Now is the time to stop and go back to basics and look at every element in the process in a systematic way. Start with the products you are using and the way you use them. Are they the right products for that job and are they being used in the right way?
