The following is a guideline on the appropriate use of CPS Aquawash 829 and CPS Stencil Remover Conc 1:20/30 in the M&R ECO-TEX all-in-one cleaning machine. Initial fill should always be supervised by a CPS Technical Sales Executive. Note: These guidelines are based on cleaning 20 to 80 screens per day.
INITIAL SETTINGS & MIX
Determine your tank size which is typically 200 LT before adding the following chemistry to the tank to create an all-in-one mix.
Scrape as much ink as possible from the stencil and mesh prior to cleaning. This will prolong the life of your all-in-one mix, specifically the stencil remover life.
AFTER 8 WEEKS
After 8 weeks you may notice a deterioration in the performance of the product and you may need to make the following adjustments, starting with options one to four initially and then using option five if you are not getting an acceptable reclaim of the screen.
AFTER 11 TO 12 WEEKS
