Low caustic haze remover for automatic and manual screen de-hazing and ideal for busy screen printers. Using this in an automatic machine ensures that the product performs to its full potential and recirculated to make the cleaning process more sustainable.

CPS After Cleaner 4 Plus 3 is a low caustic ink stain remover suitable for all ink types. It has been designed for use in an automatic screen cleaning machine and can also be applied manually.

Automatic cleaning machine:

Add undiluted to the haze remover section of the machine. (Speak to CPS for advice regarding the suitability of the machine).

Allow to work on the mesh for 5 minutes.

Remove with high pressure water.

*CPS endorses best industry practice and manual handling of 25 and 210 litre containers should be risk assessed and suitable controls put in place. Use of mechanical handling equipment may be necessary.

**Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC):

EU VOC is calculated from vapour pressure and physical properties of the raw materials.
US standard ASTM D2369 relates to the test method used to calculate the VOC under the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations for cleanup solvents used in screen printing.

CPS After Cleaner 4 Plus 3 has been developed primarily for use in an automatic screen cleaning machine and will effectively remove staining within 5 minutes.

As with any caustic containing product, care should be taken when handling.

CPS endorses best industry practice that operators should wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling all chemical products, even those classified as 'non-hazardous'. Recommended PPE for CPS Products includes gloves and safety glasses (or goggles when handling larger quantities).
