1:10 Stencil Remover Concentrate used with CPS Aquawash 829 as an all-in-one ink and photo stencil remover. CPS Aquastrip 830 is a concentrated product diluted with water at 1:10 and used to reclaim stencil making systems such as emulsions and capillary films. CPS Aquastrip 830 is recommended for use with CPS Aquawash 829 to create an all-in-one cleaning solution for use in high pressure automatic cleaning machines. Stencil remover concentrates offer screen printers a more sustainable cleaning process, as they reduce both the amount of packaging used and the carbon footprint as less product needs to be delivered to the end user. 1 litre of concentrate makes up to 11 litres of finished product.

CPS Stencil Remover designed to be used in combination with Aquawash 829 to give maximum working life when used together in single chamber automatic cleaning machines. CPS has overcome the stability problems often encountered with all-in-one chemistry which can lead to increased stencil remover consumption and potentially hazardous decomposition products.
The products should be mixed as follows:- 5 parts CPS Aquawash 829 + 4 Parts water + 1 Part CPS Aquastrip 830. The solution can be used in an automatic cleaning machine or applied manually with a CPS Brush or Brush Pump. When the ink is dissolved, remove fuly with water.

Working life of the solution will typically be 4-6 weeks in an automatic cleaning machine, but this will depend on the number of screen cleaned and ink types.  During this time it will be necessary to make additions of Aquastrip 830 to maintain stencil removal performance.
