Premium Fast evaporation Screen Opener and hazard label free to operator. CPS Screen Opener D2 is part of the CPS Green Screen range as a ink cleaner for on press cleaning. Provides screen printers with an extremely fast evaporating screen opener for textile, industrial and graphic inks.

CPS Screen Opener D2 has the fast evaporation rate in the CPS range. The relative evaporation is 49 compared to the evaporation rate of K2 of 34 (N- Butyl Acetate 100).

Apply to the screen with a cloth and allow to evaporate before continuing printing. Can also be used as a screen cleaner at the end of the print run if the screen is to be kept.

This is available as a ready to use product in 1 litre, 5 litre, 25 litre & 210 litre pack sizes*.

*CPS endorses best industry practice and manual handling of 25 and 210 litre containers should be risk assessed and suitable controls put in place. Use of mechanical handling equipment may be necessary.

**Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC):

EU VOC is calculated from vapour pressure and physical properties of the raw materials.
US standard ASTM D2369 relates to the test method used to calculate the VOC under the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations for cleanup solvents used in screen printing.
