Water dilutable Ink Cleaner concentrate (1:1 to1:3) ideal for textile, UV graphics and some solvent based industrial inks. CPS Aquawash 829 is part of the CPS Green Screen range as a concentrated ink cleaner that is diluted 1:1 and up to 1:5 with water. Provides screen printers with a low COD and low VOC Aquawash for manual and automatic machine cleaning (EN12921-3:2005 compliant) of textile, UV graphics and some solvent based industrial inks. Concentrates make ink cleaning a more sustainable process as less packaging is used and the carbon footprint is reduced as less product needs to be delivered to you. 1 litre of product gives you up to 6 litres of working product for cleaning.

CPS Aquawash is used after printing when the screen is going to be reclaimed. Aquawash 829 is particularly recommended for single chamber automatic cleaning machines where Stencil Remover is combined with the Aquawash solvent. In this case CPS Aquastrip 830 is the recommended CPS Stencil Remover for maximum workin life and stability. For manual use the product is designed to be applied with a blue CPS Brush and rinsed with water, prior to removing the stencil.

For best results, dilute 1:1.

*Industry Standard For Machine Cleaning:

The European Standard EN12921-3:2005 specifies that flammable cleaning liquids have a flash point at least 15°C above ambient working temperatures (40°C) and recommends a flash point of greater than 55°C for machine cleaning.

**Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC):

EU VOC is calculated from vapour pressure and physical properties of the raw materials.
US standard ASTM D2369 relates to the test method used to calculate the VOC under the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations for cleanup solvents used in screen printing.

Dilution levels greater than 1:3 only work in automatic cleaning machines with very high pressure spray systems. For best results, dilute 1:1.
