Water dilutable Ink Cleaner concentrate (1:1 to1:3) ideal for textile, UV graphics and some solvent based industrial inks. CPS Aquawash 383 is a concentrated ink cleaner that is diluted 1:1 and up to 1:3 with water. Provides screen printers with a low VOC and low COD Aquawash for manual and automatic machine cleaning (EN122921-3:2005 compliant) of textile, UV graphics and some solvent based industrial inks. Concentrates make ink cleaning a more sustainable process as less packaging is used and the carbon footprint is reduced as less product needs to be delivered to you. 1 litre of product gives you up to 4 litres of working product for cleaning.

CPS Aquawash 383 is part of the new family of very low hazard ‘concentrated’ screen washes. It is particularly good for dissolving all types of UV inks.

Flashpoint: 100°C (212°F)
Hazard label free
Zero VOC
Very low odour
Dilute up to 1:3 with water and use to dissolve the ink. Remove fully with water. If the ink is dry and difficult to remove, a lower dilution may be required. For best results, dilute 1:1.

*Industry Standard For Machine Cleaning:

The European Standard EN12921-3:2005 specifies that flammable cleaning liquids have a flash point at least 15°C above ambient working temperatures (40°C) and recommends a flash point of greater than 55°C for machine cleaning.

**Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC):

EU VOC is calculated from vapour pressure and physical properties of the raw materials.
US standard ASTM D2369 relates to the test method used to calculate the VOC under the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations for cleanup solvents used in screen printing.

Read safety data sheet for full physical properties.
Would appeal to almost any type of printer including graphic, textile, industrial etc.
